We are looking for an enthusiastic individual ideally with a degree in Law or studying towards CILEX to join our legal services unit as an Assistant Paralegal.


About the role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a number of different Lawyers and clients across the UK. Whilst the role is predominantly Disputes focused, you may be required to assist with legal tasks related to a variety of areas of law. 
Examples of the type of work you will be involved with include; disclosure/document review exercises, assisting with physical document management/bundle preparation, status tracking and reporting, assistance with creating and managing large data rooms, drafting/mail merges for service of volumes of notices.

 


About you

Ideally, you will hold a degree in Law or Business Law or will be working towards CILEX and may have experience of working as a paralegal or within a legal environment. 
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a strong academic background. You will have a keen eye for detail with the ability to use your initiative whilst working on multiple tasks. You will have excellent organisational and time management skills and the ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines.  
Exceptional communication skills are necessary, as is the ability to work well in a team.
