Working for a leading law firm, you will support a range of senior stakeholders around our business.


About the role

To take responsibility for Change Management activities across a range of business change and transformation projects. Including; impact analysis, providing implementation and change management advice, creating and implementing communication strategies as.
  This is a dynamic and fast-paced role where no two days will be the same. You will need to be flexible and positive in your approach. The role will be a key interface with the business and will involve:
  
·       Implementation and Change Management
 
o    Working with relevant stakeholders to provide change & implementation advice and best practice on a range of projects and initiatives across multiple business functions within the firm
 
o    Understanding behaviour change requirements and ensure that communications and implementation plans will achieve the end goals
 
o    End to end planning and management of change initiatives, including embedding, reviewing and lessons learned
 
o    Identifying continuous improvement opportunities
 
o    Development of requirements and business cases
 
o    Managing handover of projects into business as usual structures
 
·       Change Management Framework
 
o    Managing the Change Management Framework alongside the Head of Change and Transformation
 
o    Ensuring all change initiatives are fully supported by the change team; including communications & training where necessary
 
o    Attendance at business project meetings to ensure change requirements are considered and met
·       Communications
 
o    Developing and implementing robust communications strategies / plans for business change projects, including drafting detailed communications across multiple audiences.
 
o    Drafting firm wide communications on a range of topics
 
·       Managing junior team members – Change Co-ordinator
 
o    Overall management of day to day activities and tasks
 
o    Development support
 


About you

The ideal candidate will have:
In the region of 2-4 years experience in a Business Change role
Change Management Qualifications (e.g. PROSCI ) (not essential)
E xperience of working with Senior/Executive management
Experience in managing a small team
Previous legal or other professional services experience (not essential)
Project Management qualifications (not essential)
Extensive experience in creating Communications strategies
 
And be able to demonstrate:
Exceptional communication skills
A ccuracy and attention to detail
Exceptional organisational skills
Creativity
Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and handle a number of concurrent projects and tasks

Assertiveness, persuasive and credibility
A p assion for their role as well as CMS
