We are seeking a Flexible Resource Manager to join our talent acquisition team.

About the role

The successful candidate will bring experience of developing and running a sales and/or a recruitment process within a B2B environment. The Flexible Resource Manager will take a prominent role in building productive resourcing relationships with senior stakeholders, management and our clients.
This role will report to the Head of Recruitment and will work closely with our Head of Legal Service Design & Delivery, who is responsible for CMS Mix.
The position will suit an individual who is adaptable, resilient, collaborative and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
This role is offered on a full time basis for an initial 12 month fixed-term basis.
The key responsibilities of this role include:

- Having oversight of the CMS Mix ‘opportunities book’. Delivering on revenue, margin and placement targets for flexible resource. This requires knowing in detail our internal resourcing capabilities, our flexible resource processes and the opportunity book.

- Build rapport and trust with CMS partners and clients to understand their flexible resourcing needs and steer them through our flexible resource process.

- Using our databases, networks and supplier relationships, identify the most appropriate internal resource or external consultant for the each opportunity. This will mean carefully matching appropriate consultants with the placement opportunity while ensuring the client has the opportunity to work with the best consultant available.

- Work closely with other stakeholders (especially the BD Client Team and HR Business Partners) who work on our secondment process.

- Developing strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the Business Managers, Resource Managers, Legal Services Unit Director and HR Business Partners.

- Develop and drive a proactive client development programme, moving the business from being reactive to more actively developing opportunities with clients. This includes both individual opportunities and more strategic ventures or partnerships of larger scale with individual clients.

- Assisting the development and delivery of a high-quality ‘sale process’ that delivers on the CMS by Design experience for both consultants and clients. This requires creating momentum in the fulfilment process but never at the expense of transparency or “doing the right thing”.

- Assisting in the communication and understanding of our flexible resourcing capabilities, including being able to describe the different resourcing options available.
