Are you looking for a fast paced role with the opportunity to work across various practice groups?


About the role

You will be providing a high-quality and efficient secretarial service to various teams. 
  
Tasks will include, but are not limited to;

- Copy typing, amending or preparing documents from digital dictation
- Production of engrossed documents and annexures
- Carrying out PDF to Word conversions and vice-versa
- Proofreading of all documents to ensure the delivery of work is of a high standard
- Collating documentation for meetings and circulating agendas in advance
- Diary management, booking meeting rooms, video and conference calls
- Making travel arrangements and preparation of travel itineraries 
- Assisting with the monthly billing process
- Liaising with other support teams to assist where necessary
- Proactively managing own workload with flexibility to provide cross-team support to secretaries as required on a daily basis and provide direct partner/lawyer assistance in cases of holiday/absences
- Other ad hoc tasks


About you

As a Float joining a large international firm you will need to have experience in working within a law firm, preferably within real estate and/or litigation teams. You will be expected to build relationships with internal and external clients and handle all issues in a professional and calm manner. 
You will need to be flexible and adaptable to not only changing lawyer and client demands but in the changing environment you will join. 

We are looking for proactive and enthusiastic individuals with high levels of IT literacy, superb attention to detail and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
