Are you an HR professional looking to develop your career in a growing international law firm?


About the role

The purpose of this role is to lead, manage and develop the operational activity within the HR and Reward function. Through strong relationships you will work with the business and the wider HR team to design and implement appropriate commercially driven actions to support this and other firm-wide initiatives.

Reporting into the HR Director and as a member of HR leadership team you will have oversight and responsibility for firmwide Operational and Reward activity together with leadership of the HR Administration team. 
Key areas will include a strategic review of the firm’s HR technology (globally), seeking opportunities to use data to reduce risk, increase efficiency and free up our people to focus on “value add” advisory activity. You will also lead the Reward and Benefits team and further develop the firm’s Reward and Benefits strategy including undertaking a review of the resource required to run a global Reward and Benefits function and developing a firm-wide improved annual salary review process. 


About you

We are looking for an experienced HR professional with prior work experience at a senior managerial level within a professional services environment. You would have dealt with the full employee life cycle with a commercial and pragmatic approach and have extensive experience in managing the Reward process. 
You will demonstrate a strong coaching and influencing style with the skills to foster true strategic business partner relationships. You will have strong people skills with experience of managing and developing teams. A confident, calm and credible manner with a good understanding of commercial drivers will ensure your success in this role.
