HR Operations Administrator
We are recruiting for a HR Operations Administrator to join our team in Bristol!

About the role
Working as part of the HR Operations Team you will provide a high quality and proactive HR and Benefits service across the Firm. You will ensure that all employee lifecycle and benefit matters are effectively supported, and changes are made quickly and accurately. You will ensure that any queries are addressed and that all people information is maintained accurately and securely.
In this role, you can expect to get involved in a variety of work including:
• To serve as point of contact for HR-related enquiries from employees and provide advice and guidance on benefits and HR processes as required.
• To monitor and manage the HR Operations administration outlook inbox, responding to employees’ queries in a timely manner, prioritising and escalating queries as required.
• To monitor and manage the Workday People Experience (PEX) inbox, ensuring all queries, requests and tasks are addressed and completed promptly.
• To maintain and update Workday, our HR System, accurately and within the agreed timescale.
• To support employee lifecycle processes such as the probation review process and sickness absence process.
• To respond to employee reference requests as required.
• To maintain a comprehensive and up to date set of SOPs covering HR benefits and administration tasks.
• To liaise with benefits providers to resolve employee queries in relation to the different benefits offered by the firm and to assist employees with understanding their benefits options and enrolment processes.
• To provide benefits providers with employee data in a timely, accurate and secure manner.
• To produce weekly and monthly reports for data reconciliation purposes.
• To ensure invoices from benefits providers are checked and processed quickly.
• To respond to queries on how to use the Orbit benefits portal.
• To support HR project activity as required and participate in cyclical benefits projects.
• To participate in continuous improvement to streamline HR processes and enhance service delivery.
