We are looking for an ambitious and dedicated Co-ordinator to join us at this exciting time.


About the role

You will:
- Be a methodical and diligent lead planner and scheduler for our L&D programmes

- Provide on the ground support and be the first point of contact for external trainers and coaches
- Manage the team’s central inbox and respond to queries in a timely fashion

- Take the lead in co-ordinating the internal Senior Associate development centre

- Book employees on to training courses through the system

- Keeping internal document system up to date

- Support the team on the production of training reports as needed

- Support key projects including the launch of a learning management system for the firm


About you

The ideal candidate will be someone looking for their next L&D role. With an excellent level of written and spoken English, you will have a good working knowledge of a wide range of HR processes and have a high level of attention to detail. You are methodical and organised in your approach, an energetic resilient individual, who has a proactive ‘can do’ attitude.
