We are looking for an experienced, strong, robust Legal PA who will thrive in a busy fast paced role.

About the role

Reporting into the Office Manager, you will be responsible for complex diary and email management as well as managing confidential documentation across the CMS network. You will be expected to build relationships with internal and external clients and handle all issues in a professional and calm manner. 

Other tasks will include, but are not limited to;
- Managing, answering calls and liaising with clients competently
- Collating documentation for meetings and circulating agendas in advance ; carrying out research as may be required
- Booking attendance at conference / seminars (including national and international travel) and organising trip itineraries and logistics.
- Acting as 1st line IT support for any basic IT queries raised by Fee Earners
- Printing of agendas, presentations and meeting papers specific to allocated Partners / Fee Earners
- Working with the Business Development team as required, to include helping to produce tenders, credential sheets, events, pitches etc., as well as small marketing events.
- Working with the Finance team on monthly billings
This is a 6 – 9 months fixed term contract.
About you 

As a Legal PA joining a large international firm, you will have substantial experience in working within a busy corporate environment, preferably in a law firm.  Those with solid PA background and a “can-do” attitude will also be considered.  You will have excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to adapt your communication style whether it is to support clients or your team members.
You will be flexible and adaptable with a good aptitude for using your initiative but are also a team player who goes above and beyond.  Someone who is comfortable in a busy role but confident to delegate to juniors and supporting teams, ensuring that you are working as effectively as possible for the Partners you are supporting.

We are looking for an energetic, proactive and enthusiastic individual, with a high level of technical expertise and strong business English.  Accuracy and attention to detail, and the ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion whilst maintaining confidentiality is required. At the same time, you will also be someone who can remain calm under pressure and is able to manage and prioritise competing demands accordingly.
