About the Role

Job Responsibilities:
· Handling of road traffic accident claims
· Drafting court documents and advice and/or opinions to clients
· Proof reading documents
· Carrying out legal research
· Filing of court documents via eLitigation
· Collating and printing of documents for court hearing/attendance
· Providing support on pre- and post-completion matters/processes
· Providing support and assistance to lawyers in relation to general litigation, in particular construction matters
· Ad-hoc admin support (i.e. filing of documents, opening of files and billings)

About You

The successful candidate should be a graduate with a basic degree or a diploma in law and have at least 3 years of experience working as a paralegal in the legal sector. He or she should be proficient in English (both oral and written) and be able to work well with others.
Given the nature of the paralegal role, the candidate should have strong attention to detail and organizational skills, as well as able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and be familiar with eLitigation filings. This role would suit a candidate interested in working with a growing team and handling international work.
