We have a unique opportunity for a Reward and Wellbeing Advisor to join our HR team.


About the role

The main purpose of the role is to support our Reward and Benefits Manager, and the Health and Wellbeing Manager in the day to day management of all employee benefits and wellbeing activity.  
Key responsibilities include: 

- Overseeing the monthly benefit processes, working closely with the HR Administration team to ensure smooth delivery of the administrative function and service.

- Working closely to support the Reward and Benefits Manager during the annual salary cycle and benchmarking data submissions. 

- Managing the Wellbeing inbox and respond to any queries that arise.

- Liaising with the HR Administration team to maintain lists of key roles (fire marshall, first aiders, work station assessors) and ensuring actions around extended leave, payroll actions etc are completed.

- Working with the learning and development team to coordinate H&S refresher training. 
- Providing adequate cover for the Reward and Benefits Manager and Health and Wellbeing Manager, and be a point of contact as necessary.

- Assisting the Rewards and Benefits Manager and Health and Wellbeing Manager in the generation and delivery of communication plans.
- Working with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure offer information is current & updated with any new benefit and wellbeing offerings.
- Overseeing and facilitating the delivery of events such as benefit roadshows, wellbeing events etc in Cannon Place and other locations as required. 
- Coordinating quarterly meetings for first aiders, wellbeing ambassadors etc to share knowledge and experiences, including organising training briefings in response to themes or areas identified. 
- Keeping up to date with changes to benefit provision and any legislative changes.
- Accompanying Reward and Benefits Manager and Health and Wellbeing Manager to supplier meetings, for example Procurement reviews and service review meetings.
- Reviewing and initial analysis of available MI from EAP/PMI/wellbeing providers alongside absence data to shape priorities and actions for both the wellbeing and reward strategies. 
- Reviewing and reporting on all relevant benefits to understand take up rates etc to ensure we continue to offer a competitive package.


About you

As this is a broad and varied role, we are looking for candidates who have or can demonstrate the following:

A genuine interest in reward, benefits and wellbeing
The ability to work on own initiative but within a team environment, and working with remote colleagues.
Good analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
Good written and oral communication skills.  
The abililty to articulate wellbeing and benefits information in a practical and accessible manner, both face to face and in writing.
Building relationships at all levels based on trust, respect and service delivery.
Strong administrative and organisational skills.
Managing deadlines, deliver projects and work effectively under pressure. 
Strong Excel skills and analytical capability.
